Section 2 Master Data / Purpose and Use

To the extent permitted by law, we will transfer information about you within YT Industries to the service companies, credit bureaus, and to the extent required for us to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

Section 3 Collaboration with Cooperation Partners

YT Industries has currently commissioned the following companies to fulfill its contractual obligations:

Section 4 Commissioned Data Processing

We collect and use your data when you open a customer account and as necessary to complete the purchase process. Your data are only forwarded to third parties as necessary for the purposes of executing the contract or billing. For example, the service provides we use for completing the order (e.g., carrier, payment service provider, bank) will receive the data necessary for completing the order.

When subscribing to a newsletter, you agree that YT Industries may use the data you have provided in order to send you information via e-mail regarding the content or products you have selected. Section 5 Cookies

We utilize cookies in order to make the navigation and use of our website as user-friendly as possible. Cookies are small files with text information that are stored on your hard drive when you visit the website. We require cookies in order to identify and authorize you, after you successfully log in, to navigate within the protected area of the website for the entire duration of your visit. However, cookies also serve to save the preferences of visitors. This allows us to customize our website to your needs and thus improve our offering for you. We cannot use cookies to identify users. Section 6 Retargeting Functions

We use third-party retargeting and remarketing functions on our website. These technologies enable web users who have previously visited to be shown personalized advertisements on our partners’ websites. For this purpose, the respective retargeting and/or remarketing provider saves a cookie on your hard drive. Based on cookie technology, usage information is saved in pseudonymized form, for example, which advertisement you have received from us or clicked on, which products you have viewed, and whether or not you made a purchase. The pseudonymized data will not be combined with your personal data at any time and they serve exclusively to enable advertising to be correlated to the interests of the respective user.

Section 7 Google Analytics

We also utilize Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics is also based on cookies and enables the analysis of the use of websites. We have activated the anonymization of IP addresses on our website so that the IP addresses that are automatically transferred with usage information by Google within the European Union or to another state of the European Economic Area are truncated prior to these data being forwarded to and saved in the United States. Only in exceptional cases are IP addresses transferred to a Google server in the United States before they are truncated. Google uses this information on our behalf in order to analyze the usage of our website for us, to compile reports about the website activities and to provide additional services associated with the usage of the website and Internet. The IP address from your browser transmitted for Google Analytics is not combined with other Google data. You can prevent cookies from being saved via the corresponding setting on your browser. We utilize social plug-ins from several providers on our website in their respective standard integrations:

Section 9 Saving, Correcting, Deleting, and Blocking your Personal Data

You can view, change, and delete the data in your client account that were submitted in the scope of registering at any time. Deleting the data is not possible if the data are still required for the purposes of executing the services you are utilizing, in particular, completing and fulfilling contracts. The data are blocked until the end of the contractual relationship at which point they are deleted, provided that the legal or contractual retention obligation has expired.
