Erik Fedko

Erik's two-wheeled adventures began in 2006, after his dad gifted him his first motorbike for his 8th birthday and got him hooked on motocross racing. Erik's family lived near a racetrack and from that moment on Erik was all about going higher, faster, gnarlier, and more extreme in general. Since he always needed action but couldn’t go riding moto every day, he ended up taking his BMX bike to the woods and started hitting the jumps there as well to make up for it.

After crashing hard and recovering from a broken femur at age 14 his parents didn't allow him to ride motorbikes any longer, so instead he focused 100% on mountain biking. Erik learned tricks and took on bigger and bigger jumps as this was something he was always used to. His love of riding, self-confidence, and the ongoing support of his family made him the rider he is today, having the time of his life on two wheels.

I ride mostly my hardtail dirtjump bike, which features a single-speed drivetrain, tires with 4-5 bar of pressure, and a hydraulic gyro for all those barspins and tailwhips. But I also love to hop on my trail and DH bikes which are set up with stiffer spring rates, softer tires running 2 bar of pressure, moderate rebound up front, and super slow rebound out back.
